What do you ladies prefer to use for extreme menstrual cramping?😶😶😶

I get extreme menstrual cramps when im about to start and lasts the first 2-3 days of my period. Im in desperate need of relief! Please let me know what works best for you.

I take 1000mg of pure non gmo evening primrose oil everyday until ovulation starts. Then I start taking it when AF is expected to arrive. And that helps a lot with the PMS and cramping and my ovulation pain. I just recently started taking maca root everyday and my period this month did not hurt one bit! I have always had cramps and pain but the maca root and evening primrose oil really helped a ton!! I kept forgetting I even had my period lol

You should probably see a doctor if it's extreme. I usually do Advil and a heating pad. Also, I sleep a lot when they're that bad
