wat you guys think?

so I started my period may 8th n ended may 25h I haven't had once scents! today is June 19th! I tested on june 16th n came out negative! is it to early to test? i never got discharged before the only time I had it was during the times I was pregnate from my kids! when should I test again? I get cramps here n there nothing big! what do you guys think? has this happen to any one before n just took a long time for the test to say positive?
