Chlamydia treatment not working? Could I have PID? Freaking out!

So I've been sexually active with my boyfriend since November 10th-ish of 2016. I got an STI test on Nov.17th/2016 which came back clean. Last week got diagnosed with chlamydia. He swears he didn't cheat and thinks he got it from a blowjob he received from a girl a couple weeks before we started seeing each other. He hasn't gotten tested yet but he's the only one I've had penetrative sex with since my last test.

I was put on doxycycline for a week. I am day 5/7 and I am now bleeding more than I was when I started the treatment. Still peeing frequently and now my cervix is inflammed! I know this because my nuva ring is now pushed slightly out of my vagina and pushing it up HURTS which has never happened before.

I AM FREAKING OUT. I am crying I'm so scared of this making me infertile. I don't know how many months I've had the chlamydia but for me to be using a pad every 24 hrs for non-period bleeding is scaring me. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow but it usually takes a week to see her. I'm so afraid of the symptoms getting worse I don't know what to do! :(.
