They didnt bother me in the very beginning, but booooy have they been going downhill.. no mater what I do. Brushing, flossing, mouthwash, drinking a ton of milk and all! Rotting, chipping, straight up breaking and just being sore and sensitive in general! Pregnancy is killing my mouth 😩

It's very common and one of the reasons they say to have your teeth in good shape prior to ttc even then pain can happen. It's the baby taking all your calcium. Add an extra vitamin d to your prenatal and that should help.

After pregnancy. I neededn2 root canals within a month after having her. My dentist even said pregnancy can do a number on your teeth.
