Can someone tell me?!

So yesterday me and my partner had sex & when we were finished he said" you were so wet at first then while I was going all of a sudden it got dry with no warning it was like you got bored or something!" I don't know why that happened I wasn't bored but can someone tell me why I get dry in  the middle of intercourse? Does this happen to you?
