how to stop looking at ex's social media?

My boyfriend dumped me four days ago. He said he loves me but he wants to be alone at this time in his life and do what he wants to do when he wants, like play video games constantly and not have to text me. We already weren't following each other on twitter from an old argument but he removed me off Snapchat. I haven't heard from him. Yesterday I got a FaceTime from his number but I assume it was a mistake. He's been tweeting nonstop though. To most of his girl followers he barely ever tweeted before and he's always just posting something. Basically, he's fine. It's like he's the happiest single guy ever and he's just always online.
