bottlefed issues

My baby is 3 weeks old today but can only drink from a preemie bottle as the newborn nipples are too fast of a flow for her the milk fills up in her mouth she chokes and throws up no matter how I try to pace her. I have every single bottle brand and slow flow nipple ALL the same issue besides the preemie dr brown bottle but those only hold up to 2oz which she obviously can't use forever and she's already eating up to 2.5 ounces. Any suggestions? I'm so overwhelmed right now.
