possibly miscarrying?

So, I had a postive pregnancy test on Friday. Went to the doctor on Monday and did blood work. Levels were a little low but we were optimistic (I've had a live birth, MC, and an ectopic). Today I started bleeding and I rushed to the ER. A lot of help they were. I'm too early to see anything on an ultrasound, my cervix is closed, but my levels are still low but are rising slightly. They told me I was going to probably miscarry again or that I could be having another ectopic pregnancy. I don't know what to think or do right now and I'm heart broken.
