Husbands SA Low Morphology & Sperm Count - Help

Hey ladies. Hubby & I have been TTC for many years. Within the last few years we have seemed help. I was diagnosed with PCOS. I did 4 rounds of Clomid & 3 of Letrozole with no success conceiving. We just got the results of my husbands SA & it came back abnormal 😔Low Morphology & sperm count. We have an appointment with a fertility specialist coming up.  Has anyone experienced similar issues?
