pregnant quickly after MC and heading toward MC again

We were thrilled and fortunate to get pregnant again very quickly after the MC and got our second Bfp June 11thish. I had my hcg levels taken Monday and Wednesday of this week to see how things were going. Unfortunately, it's not going well yet again. My levels only increased by 100 after 48 hours. I had a rather urgent ultrasound today to ensure the pregnancy wasn't in the wrong location.  The ultrasound revealed they couldn't even really find the pregnancy anywhere. With my levels "abnormally rising" my doctors meeting with me tomorrow to discuss  d&c.  This was absolutely crushing. I can handle a MC the first time. But the second time was a rush of unfathomable emotions. It's so hard not to blame yourself at this point. Thoughts of  what's to come next in trying to figure out how to carry to term plague my mind right now, as well as the pain of a D&C both emotionally and physically.
