Pregnant after 2 x 2nd tri miscarriages...

I just wanted to see if anyone has had any luck with a cerclage after having 2nd trimester losses. Ive had 2 losses around 15 weeks with no explanation so my consultant has said this time we're doing a stitch. Has anyone had any success? Need to positive stories to give me some hope cos im freaking out and cant even get excited this time ☹ any advice will be greatly appreciated xxx
