If TTC was more like 'Bridget Jones Baby'......

I'm off work today and ended up redboxing Bridget Jones Baby (I'm a Bridget Jones fan so dont judge, okay?) and I have been rolling my eyes at the inaccuracies of Bridget Jones conception. So here ya go...

Bridget Jones is 43 today and sleeps with two men this week after years of no sex. She uses out of date condoms and finds out she' pregnant.

She is 43. Has sex TWICE and tries to prevent but ends up pregnant. Like...I'm 24 and have been TTC for years. Seriously writers? Do you know the chance of conception at 43 in ONE MONTH?!

ANY WAY. Then because she has no idea when she ovulates or her period starts...she takes a clearblue digital which immediately says 'pregnant'. Her friend shakes the test and Bridgett tells her not to do that so that it doesnt hurt the baby. That's a joke...I think?

If conception were only a little more like Bridgett Jones we would all get BFPs. Lol 😂😂

Umm...but other than that the movie was pretty enjoyable 😉
