suggestion

In March I had Laparoscopy surgery for pcos. Till this day my period still isn't normal. When I get it, its mostly spotting and lasts for weeks. I don't know if I'm still recovering from my surgery. I want to call my doctor but I feel like she's just going to tell me that It's from the surgery. The day before yesterday I went to the bathroom and had like a very bad pain in my lower abdomen that lasted for an hour. I didn't have any bleeding but it hurt like hell. Today I'm feeling fine but I'm just worried. Should I call my doctor just in case?
