I would like to get pregnant again between September-November of this year BUT would like to lose a good amount of weight before so. I don't want to keep accumulating weight & make it harder on myself to lose. I work everyday & I almost have another child & I'm tired of a lot of the times I get home from work, I have a very busy life. So any ideas on how I can lose the weight FAST as possible?
