Lighter?

A little over 5 weeks. Wednesday the control line was faint because the test pulled dye from it, but today the control line is darker. Should I be worried?!

Pls don't go crazy testing everyday. It only shows you're pregnant over and over. If you're worried, go get a blood test for hcg levels. Best of luck and congratulations!!

No. Once your hcg gets high enough your tests will start getting lighter again. Stop testing. Your tests will not get any darker than they alrrady are and you're just gonna worry yourself. Google the hook effect with hpt's that's what is happening to you.

Stop testing! There is something called the hook effect that can happen once you have high levels of hcg. All testing does is add more worry to you.

Hey girl. I did the same thing when I first got pregnant, so I understand the worry. From my experience, mine looked the same as yours. The dye varies from test to test, I believe. Anyway, I am 12 weeks today. Try not to test, you're pregnant!! :) it will only make you worry more! If you need anything let me know! Praying for a happy, healthy 9 months!

Stop testing.  Pregnancy tests are yes or no and shouldn't be used as a quantitative hcg replacement

I did this also. Doctor confirmed to quit doing it as levels get very high and go down a bit so a lighter line is highly likely but a positive is a positive
