Would you rather be proposed to in private or public?

I am going to warn my bf to not propose to me in public! I would want him to do it in private, where I can be comfortable showing my feelings.

I want him to purpose in public because I would love the attention of everyone it's like aweeee and I would hope he has my love one's there! In private it can be romantic and very surprising too but eh idk.

I was proposed to in public but private. He set up a glow in the dark mini golf course and the manager had no-one inside. The lights shut off and all that started glowing was his sign. Everyone watched it on the cameras and then came bursting in when I said yes lol!!!

I don't care honestly. I'd be ok with a public or private one. I know I want to marry my boyfriend and when he does propose we'll both have pretty much decided we're getting married just unofficially. So it's not like I'll be pressured into a yes- he'll already know I'll be saying yes. But I think that's something you should know before a proposal anyways. I just want a proposal (not quite yet though) and the commitment. I don't care if that happens in a deserted park or if it's in a restaurant in front of a hundred people.

I would want it done originally in private, then when we go to a restaurant to celebrate: reinact the proposal and try to get some free dessert.
