So I thought I was about 7 weeks but today at the OB/GYN I was told I was about 3 weeks, is this normal ? Sorry, I'm just new to all this. (1st pregnancy)

The ultrasound definitely looks like the early stages of pregnancy so I could see them saying your only 3-4 weeks. Is it possible you ovulated later than you thought? Also implantation can happen up to, I believe, 5-7 days after ovulation. That can move the dates farther than anticipated. Congratulations!!!

Yes. We sometimes mess up on period dating.. and you could have become fertilized many weeks after your last period. They measure the fetus size, they don't go by your LMP, and by the look of your US, it looks about right. 3 weeks. But as you go on, it could change! There's typically a 4 week difference with most pregnancies.
