Weight lifting and pregnancy?
Any ladies on here lift weights throughout their pregnancy (even in the first trimester?) I LOVED lifting heavy before I got pregnant...it seems like I fell pregnant as soon as I got abs and could squat 225 😂😂😂
However, now everyone is warning me to completely stop my routine (SO, mother, MIL to be...etc). I'm eight weeks pregnant which means I've been out of the gym for a while...and it feels awful! I keep hearing that I should just "walk."
Needless to say I am not happy and somewhat confused. I keep reading contradicting information online!
Any stories/experiences would be much appreciated!!
