please help awful pain
So I don't really now how to describe this pain.. almost feels like I have to take a massive shit or a huge fart. My stomach gets super tight and then awful cramps.. lots of pressure and awful cramp combination. what could it be? It doesn't come with bleeding but it's super uncomfortable. I'll be 10 weeks as of tomorrow and this just started a couple days ago.
