Someone please help me get over my fear of labor giving birth and recovery however I have to give birth vajinal or c_section so scared I'm so tiny 4'11 and before I was pregnant i weighed 99.6

I was nervous first time around. I stressed most days leading up to it. But the second I knew I was in labour, I was so calm. Your body just takes over and it knows it has a job to do! You'll be just fine.

There is nothing you can do to be totally fearless unless the baby is born. It's normal to be afraid. If you are feeling the fear for the pain of labor then I think you can take epidoral whenever you want so that you don't feel the contraction pain.
