Rapture Theology

I grew up in a Southern Baptist home and everyone I knew growing up believed in Rapture Theology. I never thought much of it until recently, because I don't believe in the Rapture and my family, knowing full well our theological differences, just like to poke at this topic whenever we discuss religion.

So my question is do you believe in Rapture theology and can you please explain exactly what it is and why you believe in it?
