how many ultrasounds do you get when your pregnant?

If it's a low risk pregnancy without any complications you usually only get 2.

I've had a confirmation ultrasound, 1 at my 12 weeks appt (dr did it on a portable machine), then one at the anatomy scan. Doctor said if all goes well not expect another until 36 weeks 
But I also went to an elective 3d/4d place at 15 wks for gender :)

Here u get 1 everry month until 30w then its 1 every 2 weeks until birth

Depends on your provider...I've had 4 and I'm considered low risk. But my midwife lets me do them if I just want to see baby boy at my appointments. Most OB's only do 2 or 3 total.

Totally depends on how your pregnancy goes. 
I've had a few more than usual. 
When I first found out I was pregnant I could have been anywhere up to 13 weeks so I had to get a dating scan to find out I was only 5 weeks and all that could be seen was the Gestational sac and nothing else so I was booked in for another one 3 weeks later. After that one I had my 12 week and then my 20 week. Found out I had Gestational Diabetes so I have to get regular growth scans now, had one at 28 weeks and due to get another one next week (32 weeks) and after that I get appointments every 2 weeks.
