So we saving money to move out and the kids are driving me crazy... theres rules we have to follow long story...so i tell my husband im leaving for a few hours to the park and to visit my dad who just moved back and he goes and blocks the door saying i cant leave then says i cant take the kids... im like im taking my kids and he was like ok take yours not mine meaning the younger two and my mom called and im like i cant go he not letting me take the kids she called the cops... they said since we are married he has the right to say the kids cant go places... even more so that he put his hand over the baby so that i couldnt  get her .. they say its not abuse... well now my oldest daughters guardian stated that she cant come over for visits if i stay with my hisband because he wouldnt let me leave then said i could but not the kids... so im filing for divorce and custody and moving out asap so that i can see my oldest and regain custody once im in my own place...
