my sister is pregnant

So, last night my sister talked to me privately & told me that she's 9 weeks pregnant. How did she get pregnant? 😢 she just got married mid of February this year! Is this kind of a joke? I can't help... she told me, they didn't plan it. That they want me to get pregnant 1st. I can't help but told her, you don't need to be sorry. That's a blessing... then walked away. I just can't.. then went to my room & cry. Woke up & still crying. 😢💔 I am happy for her. But why is it every single person in life is pregnant without any effort? I'm here, taking prenatals, q10. Trying everything & it's still nothing! I'm just so hopeless.
