My older kids turn 8, one in July and one in August...

I need other mama opinions,okay so I am cramped on space right now and always try to make practical purchases, I also told them I wouldn't be buying toys etc as they are out growing that a bit. Soooo I was thinking of getting a bunk bed for them as they share a room (when my step son is here) and my 2yr old is going to also move in w them shortly lol

I am also going to redo their dresser as its kinda out dated..and it's way cheaper than buying a new one.

But....here's the kicker , my husband wants to.buy them a ps4 which is like $250 or more plus games n controllers...

We can afford it but I really feel like they won't even care about my gifts and I didn't want to go all out for bdays this year and we still have my 2 yr olds bday in Sept and my baby shower also in August and THAN the birth of our 4th kid on Sept 26th...

So what do y'all think? He's not sold on the bunk bed idea, but when we have all our kids, the oldest switch off sleeping on the bed and floor so.it sucks...
