Anxiety advice?

Okay tomorrow I'll be 14 weeks pregnant, and for the past few days I have been so stressed and I have had 3 bad anxiety attacks is there something I can do? I know stressing isn't good for my baby and I'm positive me having anxiety attacks isn't either. I try to breath through it and calm myself down, I try to make myself relax, that only works sometimes... I really miss cigarettes now, they used to be my coping device for stress and definitely when I felt like I was about to have a panic or anxiety attack. I just need to know if there is some exercise or something I can do to help keep me calm.
