🌴 Marijuana talk 🌴

I am a Christian woman and I happen to smoke marijuana for help with stress and a better nights rest. I often bring up the subject with my Christian father, and he always tells me the same answer: "It is a sin. Try to stay away from it." Now, let me tell you. I have searched up and down for a verse on marijuana, but I always find nothing. Though there were no verses addressing the recreational use of marijuana, I have found ones on soberness, such as 1 Peter 5:8 — “Be sober-minded; be watchful.” Say marijuana did count as non-soberness, would it be concidered as a sinful act? Does it count as non-soberness? With all respect, I need some insights on this topic. I am very lost.
