TTC after pill and shot?

Okay I need advice ladies!! Last may (2016) I got ONE depo shot. In September (2016) I got on the pill, I took it until November then stopped cause my cute man decided he wanted a baby. I haven't taken anything birth control wise since then, and still haven't gotten pregnant. Anyone have any ideas why
