Removal?

Okay so I have the Skyla IUD. Insertion was the worst pain ever, and I had cramping for weeks. I've had it for 2.5 years now. (TMI but) whenever I poop I can feel pressure from it on my lower right hand side and if I bend over a certain way I can tell it's there. I'm getting it removed tomorrow and I'm so afraid it's going to hurt. How did you guys feel getting yours out?
