Do I need to workout with bruised ribs or wait till it heals?

You can kinda see the bruise too... I haven't worked out since Jan-March! & need to get back  to it

Listen to your body. If you feel like you can then go ahead but take it easy. If it just doesn't feel good or is too painful then don't push it and wait

If they are not actually broken then you can keep working out. Just do stuff that doesnt make it hurt more
