possible twins?

I got my blood test today and I am pregnant! I did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and transferred one embryo. The nurse told me that my HCG levels were over 1,000 and they were just hoping to see them at at least 100. Could I possibly be having twins??
