This sucks

I had my first child in 2009. Concieved but lost baby due to ectopic in 2014 and no birth control since 1st child. It is so hard to be grateful for my 1 beautiful girl when I just want another one so she can have a sibling. Every month is heartbreak. This month I lost it, broke down bawling and cried myself to sleep, husband was beside himself. I have lost weight, done clomid, he's gotten checked, I got checked for flo, and went to specialist......they said IVF? Sure get money......Im just so tired.....
