Really want a work from home job

So my job made me come back the day I turned 8 weeks postpartum. This was really hard for me to do being my pooh had just turned two months and I'm still having slight complications from my c-section. It keeps reopening. My first day back to work after being out since March my boss picks at me about me coming from lunch 2 minutes late and she saw me at the door and the clean up lady stopped me to ask how was baby and me doing. I have a return appointment to recheck my incision and I requested my PTO....she has yet to approve mines but approving everyone else's. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to work from home so I wouldn't have to deal with this. Any moms out there have any tips or information on that. I need HELLLLLLP before I walk out.
