I'm only 35.3 weeks and am 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I know those things can stay that way for a long time. This is my second child and contractions are common but not intensifying or anything like that. Today though, I feel like I've been hit by a bus and am really really exhausted. Anyone had this happen and gone into labor?!
