Lower abdominal pressure
I am 37w4d and have been having loads of lower abdominal pressure across the bottom of bump for the last two hours. I don't know if I m dilated etc. as am in the UK and they don't check that normally. Do know baby was 4/5 engaged last Wednesday. Any ideas ladies, does this sound like imminent labour?
