headaches!!!

I been having headaches, in the same position, around the same time, everyday and it lasts pretty long but when it first starts it's really sore and annoying

I believe it's from my mother constantly talking and I really don't want to hear it...most of the time when I leave the house it clears up and is not as strong

I'm about 20 weeks...anybody else have a similar problem?
