still no bleeding/spotting?

My doctor said 3 weeks ago (at around 7-8 weeks) that I was going to miscarry in 2-3 weeks as my baby didn't have a heart beat.
Like I said, it's been almost 3 weeks and I've had no bleeding/spotting/ and haven't passed anything yet. What should I do?

You really need to contact your doctor because not expelling a miscarried fetus can become toxic and septic. It could make you really sick. I'm so sorry for what you've gone through. I would make sure they do another ultrasound to be sure the heartbeat really isn't there.

Thanks ladies! 
I woke up not feeling so hot today so I made my way to the doctor (a different doctor) and he's saying my doctor could have potentially been wrong. He's setting me up with another ultrasound and more bloodwork. I'm hoping for good news! But not exactly counting on it.

Take a test and see how the lines look but also contact him again and let him know it's been the amount of time projected for you to miscarry and you feel normal and if he could follow up with a sonogram to check what's going on!
