I did. I have PCOS and tried getting pregnant for years. Got a positive in January and found out it was a blighted ovum. Miscarried naturally and didn't get my period (shocker!). I kept testing like a crazy person in hopes of seeing a positive since my levels went back to 0 fairly quickly. The miscarriage happened in February and I got a positive in April. Everyone's body is different. I've heard women are more fertile after a miscarriage.

I answered no.. here's my story. I had a miscarriage in the end of September. Bled until around October 9-11th (can't remember exactly) then stopped bleeding. Started bleeding heavy again October 25th (thought it may be a period but seemed too soon) until November 2-3. I know for a fact I ovulated around November 12-13th because I was tracking cm and doing opks. Found out I was pregnant again November 23rd.
