4 month sleeping pattern
Hi, my little girls to goes to bed at about 7.30 and will sleep until 3am and then becomes very fidgety and will only go back into a deep sleep if I hold her. I put her down after about 10 mins she fidgets again, so I'm up and down like a yoyo.
Anyone else having this issue?
