Ways to keep food down?
I'm a girl that likes food but ever since I got pregnant I've not really felt hungry? Like I just feel full all the time and then when I do eat I just seem to throw up...
it's kinda worrying because I don't know if the baby is getting anything out of it. Any suggestions on what I may be able to eat? I've tried ginger and it didn't really work
