what the hell is that !

So as I am feeding my baby pears !! This is what we find in her food ! Pieces of plastic in her food the container was hard to open and I called Gerber and the only thing they said is to send it in to see what was it are you serious ? My 6 month old daughter almost chocked because of this piece of plastic and you can't do nothing else ?!?  You can see how much I struggled to open it !
