So my bubba is 11 weeks and she is allergic to my milk. I absolutely loved breastfeeding so I'm pretty gutted it hasn't worked out. I slowed down her breast feeds to only one per day on each breast and starting yesterday I stopped all together as it was seriously upsetting her. Now my breasts are like rocks and I'm in a lot of pain. I am deathly scared of getting mastitis so every time my boobs get engorged I've been pumping which I know is stupid but i can't handle the pain and I don't want mastitis! Does anyone have any tips for drying up milk supply safety or should I just leave them and hope for the best 😫
