Should I not have sent this?

I just sent this to a guy I've been talking to. I re wrote it a couple times to try to make it sound less whiny and clingy but i dont know. I also tried tii hold off texting this to him. Because he's busy at work but i felt like i needed to say something. What do you guys think? Does it sound weird? Should I not have sent it?
