I had bright red bleeding for about 5 hours with small clots a couple of days ago the days since I've had brown discharge with brown clot looking things. This baby definitely wasn't planned but I really don't want to miscarry and go thru this loss. I'm so scared. I'm 5 1/2 weeks pregnant right now I went to the ER and they said they saw a yolk sac but no sight of baby or heart beat yet.....I can't stop crying
