So me and my sister were having a conversation. And we were debating on whether this was harassment or not. I say it is and she says it's not. I believe it's harassment and we overlook it too often. So when a guy approaches you, and you say you have a boyfriend/ husband, etc. or that you simply aren't interested and he still continues to follow behind you or keep pushing it, is that harassment or him being determined to get what he wants?! That's how my sister described it. She says he's just not going to give up on what he wants. But my thing is, if a woman says no she's not interested and you constantly follow her and walk behind her that becomes harassment right?! What do you ladies think?!!?
