Help me lose weight!
I've been struggling with my image and weight and whatnot for awhile now and I want to make some drastic changes. I need a plan for food and exercise, something I can stick to. I want to low my top layer of fat and get some really good muscle underneath so that my definition is very obvious. My legs and arms are quite toned, but my abs and butt not so much. I want to be curvy. If anyone has meal plan suggestions and fitness routines for me please help!
