Facebook post

I've been feeling like my bf is smothering me. We just moved in together about a month ago and we've only been together for 5 months. So I've been trying to distance myself from him. Oh ya we work side by side too. So we are together 16 hours a day. He has no friends outside of work. So he went venting on face book talking about our relationship to who ever reads his post. Which a lot of co workers are on his Facebook    That's all I need to find out what he did from someone I work with. So ladies am I over reacting? 

I've told him how I felt.  That he was smothering me. But I don't think he heard me.
