Pack "On The Go" Pumping Bags
So while I am a SAHM, I DO enjoying going on outings about once a week. Due to my son not latching, I exclusively pump and bottle feed (going on 4 months now). This means every 3 hours I still need to pump or risk discomfort, mastitis, or some serious leakage. So what to do?! 
I pack my manual pump (and sometimes my electric pump if I know I have a place to plug in) in "To Go" Bags.
I included images below. I made these visuals for a friend having her first in July as she plans to go back to work in September and needs to pump. Hope it helps!
