what words does your 15 m old say?

My son doesn't even try to talk, he copies what we do. But when it comes to getting him to say things he doesn't.. unless they are screams lol it really worries me. His cousin is 3 months older and says all kinds of words and mimicks people.

My kid is more animal than human. He says: mama, dada, baby, no, stop it, uhoh, puppy. But he can also make the following animal sounds when asked to or shown a picture: moo, baaa, monkey noises, snake hissing, growling and howling.
He can find his shoes when asked and throw things away. He does understand but can't speak the words.

16 months Turning 17 months:  mama, dada, gigi, sloane, baba, blue, yellow, night night, love you, moon, sun, fun, hot, yuck, no, thank you, hi, flower, eat, feet, shoes, quack quack, fishy,  woof woof, shit(omg !) We def can't curse around her,  my bosses wife is a speech therapist for early intervention , she told.me they should be able to say 10-15 words by 18 months

my son says NO, THANK YOU, LETS GO, MICKEY, WEE WEE, EEEEL, FEET, READY TO EAT, STOP, YAYY, MOMMA, DADDY,  ALL HIS BROTHERS NAMES. He counts, and says half Of his alphabet How I've learned is I don't/didn't talk baby talk to any of my four boys. I clearly spoke if I was speaking to anyone else. they learn from US! They all learn different. work with him. all of my son's was making fill sentences at 9/10 months.

My son is very vocal. He started saying very few actual words with meaning at about 10 months. He would say gracias (thank you), Dad and daddy were also some of his first. "No" of course 🙄 Hi, bye. Now he has more words and a few simple phrases like "me das?" which means can you give me some or can I have some in Spanish. We are teaching him English and Spanish and he's picking it up very well. We counted them with his doctor yesterday and we're at about 25. He's been picking up a couple words a week the last few weeks. He repeats everything so we have to be careful with our words. He said shit the other day and I was like ohhh noooo I'm sorry! Lol because that was totally on me. It's funny because my husband didn't start talking until he was four or five. He got it from his mama, as you can tell by my long post. 
Cat, dog, yeah, yes, si, mama, mom, papa, cookie, cracker, leche (milk), juice, jugó, Tati (his cousin), this, that, trash, good, what, 
So enough to let us know what he wants verbally, but not too many big words.
