please help, I'm about to give up! 😓

so me and my fiancé have been ttc for 3 months now and no luck so far . this month I was supposed to get my period on the 25th and it didn't come . I had slight cramping last week, I wasn't tracking so I can't really tell you guys my DPO and I also had a little punk when I went to the bathroom and wiped. I put into glow that my period didn't come and it changed my AF date to tomorrow, the 1st. I tested today with a dollar store brand test and got a negative result . I've been having rock in dizziness, as if I'm in a boat, slight twinges, pressure in my lower abdomen that's only noticeable if I'm bending or I put pressure on it, and my boobs slightly hurt, which just started today,  but it's nothing too bad there's also spider veins which I noticed after showing today. can someone please tell me what's going on? 😭😓😓
